9) HealTech GiPRO Gear Inidcator with TREGIpro-S02 with ATRE bought from

First thing I did was to figure out where to mount it. The dash on the K3 is all used, no free space to mount anything without making it look cluttered. I didn't want to use the sides of the surround either or the bars as its too low. I finally decided upon TDC of the dash. After removing the screen and surround, I drilled a 6mm hole in the cowel right on the edge where the 2 pieces meet. I then cuts into the hole either side to make it a U shape, this allowed for the wiring to pass through. With some scissors, I cut the velcro into 2 sections and stuck them onto the cowel leaving the hole clear. While the surround was off, I simple feed and secured the wiring harness with cable ties, along the elft side of the bike and under the tank. The harness plugs need to goto the rear side the the engine.

Heres the display sitting pretty, good line of sight and not intrusive at all.

With the tank raised and side panels removed, you can access the required plugs. Located at the back of the engine, you'll find a white 3 pin triangle plug. This is where the GIpro plugs into. As per the distructions, the plug should have a pink, blue and black wire.

Simple using a screw driver, separate the plug and connect the GIpro inline.

You will also need a switch live. I took the feed from the rear brake light switch. This is a 2 pin connector near to the 3pin one above, it has a yellow wire in it. I didn't connect directly to it, but did take this feed and sent it to a relay to power my accessories (power socket, horn etc)

And that's all to the GIpro install. The only thing I had to do was to activate the TRE function, this is done by turning on the ignition and pressing the button on the base of it, once.
