You only need this book FR:

http://blogs.harvard.edu/houghton/2016/05/12/how-to-kiss-right/

Look at 'Apology' at the bottom of the page.  :icon_wink:
So how's it going so far then?

@ Joe Rocket. People without "smart phones" are finding life more and more difficult. The elderly, the poor, and the slightly confused ( ie me) are being shut out.  My GP and Hospital appoinments are mostly through text or email. Some parking areas are non cash and require smart phone connection. Modern times!

Probably like you Brockett I try to steer away from it. All the others can waste their valuable time and valuable money in the pursuit of all conquering IT, AI etc. I know I have to confront the demons from time to time.........

One serious point though is why, with all these time saving apps, people complain of having less time to get things done and enjoy life. I see it as the ever gullible nature of being a human being.  :dl_hyperhysteria:
So how's it going so far then?

And certain of my family demand to know why I didn't answer my phone
and I say I was on my bike
and they say I should have bluetooth
and I say when I'm out, I'm out
and they ask is my answer system is switched off
and I say yeah, when I'm out, I'm out what did you want
and they say It doesn't matter .........

I'll tell you what pisses me right off, it's when I come home and find that the missus has completely re-arranged the house and I can't find a bloody thing. OK the place looks nice and tidy but I hate nice and tidy. One of these days I'll kick her in the bollocks.

Ahh, feeling better, Nick.
I don't drink anymore, unfortunately I don't drink any less either. 😞

Adverts Brush like a pro  Just how/when do pros do

The one with the "get a brush with a round head" makes my piss boil...as their most expensive premium line of toothbrushes doesn't have a round head....what's the deal there?

Are they just selling shit to the poor with an advert full of lies? Or are they extorting the rich?
I don't know whether to slap them or shake their hand.

It's very fortunate they don't fit heated grips is all I have to say on the matter. :stirpot:

Morrisons More Card.  They send out coupons for zillions of extra points when you spend "X" amount by a certain date. "X" is always more than my average shop. So I never get the extra points. The extra points lead to a 'cash off your bill' coupon. What this means is  that poor or single folk pay full price for their groceries to make up for the discounts that more wealthy shoppers get. The poor subsidise the rich. No wonder the local Lidl is always packed while the local Morrisons rarely has a queue at a till. I now go to ASDA to buy my fuel at 2 to 4 pence litre less than Morrisons (still 10p less than local service stations).

I suspect his moaning has increased in a direct ratio to his lack of proper potato and lard based chips.

It's bound to wreak havoc with such a finely balanced diet. I understand and fully applaud Brockett's abstinence from such greasy goodness, but man cannot survive by celery alone.

There, I've said it.

Men need chips.

(How is your back doing Dave?)

Another email scam arrived today. Pretending to be from tvlicensing.co.uk.
While I do know it's all cock as I pay on line and have an email from the right folk informing me I am paid up to January 2020.
However one thing did strike me a funny. At the end of their email they say that if I have sight problems I can get the email in braille. They make the screen go bumpy do they  lol
