I had Battlewings on the Wee when I got it, just put on some Maxxis Presa Detour tyres and they are very similar although I feel that the front is more stable at speed and in the wet the front feels more confident. I had got the Maxxis tyres cheap from Backdraft on here. The Maxxis tyres reportedly do not last very long, I'll be the judge of that myself. My next set of tyres will be the Michelin Anakee 2 tyres, they tick all the right boxes and they claim that they last longer. I do a lot of miles a months so high mileage from a tyre is a deciding factor for me. One thing that I particularly like about dual sport tyres is the wide grooves, I figure that those have to make them better in wet weather because there's more place for water to move into. I had a quote from my local ProTyre for a set of Anakee 2 tyres, fitted & balanced if I take the wheels in it comes to £195, not too bad at all. The Anakees 2 tyres might be worth a look if you haven't decided yet.
