Great vid as ever  :thumb:
You are so right about going back down a route looking different. In my b road meanderings I will sometimes pull up to a junction onto a more main road , still probably a b , look up it one way and think " no not a clue where I am " then look down other and go " ahh ..yes " . Because it is a road I only travel down not up .
But I get lost real easy . In towns or places I haven't visited I have taken to stopping as I go out of view of the bike parked up , turning around , and  spend a few seconds  ( or more if the fancy takes me ) looking  at it that way . If I just wander off it all looks unfamiliar trying to find my way back..

Just watched Froglodyte having a bimble with a few others up and down part of the A6 (Too old for biking?). So nice to watch, and I really enjoy the narration.

I ride that road very regularly but never in that direction, took me a moment to recognise it :)
I love that route as it takes me nicely from lunch at Flash Bar to Ice Cream at Beltonville on the way home.
If you like gravel, grass and potholes then the longcut through Brandside to get from Buxton Raceway to Flash Bar is a good one as well.
