Does the low level exhaust pipes from 2017 fit the high level 2016 I.e could you swap them over?

Hmm...in theory yes, the main frames are the same as is the engine shape , if not the internals. The gen3 had 200 odd changes as I remember, so it may need a reflash ..maybe ... or at least a dyno run to check :shrug:,... It is just a matter of the hanger being different..hmmm..a little fabricating maybe  :shrug: , there would certainly be more clearance for panniers if that is your thinking. Interesting  :thumb:
But then the pannier mounts for a gen 3 won't work on a gen 2.....maybe go for a system that will allow retro fitting using a common pannier frame.
