I've not used a loobman, but I have had 2 tutoro manual oilers.
They are good for my offroad bike where I turn it on a fairly fast flow on my back from a trail riding session and the chain is caked in mud. But now I'm using the bike for commuting I'm back to oiling the chain with a syringe and paint brush with old engine oil. I keep leaving it turned on and it empties itself while I'm in work.
The big bikes have scotoiler V-systems. One of them I took off my Wee when the bike died. It was the first thing I took off. They hold quite a bit of oil, can have extra reservoirs if needed and just work when the bike is running.
The loobman does look tidy, a simple piece of kit. But won't work on a minimalist off road bike I'd want to use it on.
