« on: May 03, 2011, 18:11:42 »

+1 for part number. I'm only 5'9" but still a bit fed up of buffeting when behind vehicles waiting to get past!

How about some pics from a few angles to see what it looks like on the bike?

You're not the only one with the tech problems, mate! When you get how to post pics, take some pics of how to do it and post em up, will you!?  :obscene-drinkingchug:

Wow, that looks really tall on the bike, even higher than my Givi barn door I put on in the winter (I set it so I can just see over it.)

ps. It's too clean, it's bug collecting season!

It is a bit to high I am going to drop it to the lower setting and see how I get on.

PS She gets a clean after every trip out! Same as the car I am always out there cleaning something! :text-givemebeer:

last year with my 125, as it was getting sold as soon as I passed DAS, got cleaned after every ride out, but after a while I realised the wee looks good with a bit of dirt and bugs, and I'm collecting bugs to show off to GS riders!  :neen:

screen looks good, but I'm going to stick with the standard screen myself, thinking about a Madstad. the old mans deauville has a barn door, and it's damn quiet but then I get very bored with the exhaust note! anyone want to let me have a go of a bike with madstad? lol

Bumhead had a Puig screen on his Vee until last year. He found it very good but had to change it as it cracked around the mounting holes. Its quite a big thing so takes a lot of wind blast on it. Might be worthwhile trying to spread the load around the mounting screws with some washers, if possible.

I will have a look at this as it sounds possible this could be a problem. Thanks.
