Same as I do with visors, wet a soft cloth with hot water, put some soap on it and work it to a foam, then 'stick' it to the screen (make sure the cloth is very wet and use water as hot as you can touch.) Leave it on for 5 or so mins and then wipe it off. The hot water softens the bugs and the soap makes things slippery and gets rid of the rest.

I use 'Fuchs Off' which softens the dead stuff etc. then all that is needed is a wipe with a damp cloth  :thumb:

just did mine, for the first time since new, and still managed to get scratches on it. used a very soft cloth and hot water/soap.

Oh and with cleaning anything give it a rinse with hose first, gets any of the loose stuff off to minimise scratching

The same method as Juvecu, no scratches yet.  I've yet to clean the MRA vario I put on earlier this year, although I haven't ridden much in the last eight weeks.

I find that hot/warm water with fairy liquid shifts them

I do the screen and other fly splattered bits then onto the greasy bits with the fairy/water.

Then I do the whole bike with car wash/wax to get a nice shine
C'mon spring I want to get riding

Its virtually impossible not to get small suface scratches on the screen when you wash the bike, Mr Sheen or any spray wax polish removes them. I just buy Asda's own at about 60p a can and polish all the bike with it.
