Hi
« on: January 03, 2026, 22:06:13 »
Hi All,

New member with a new 650. Only put 200 miles on it in two months. Can't bring myself to defile it's shiny-ness with salt & road filth. So the Burgman & 25 year old GS are doing the heavy lifting while it remains ensconsed. I'll get it out in the next week or so once it warms up enough for the council to stop spreading sodium chloride.

It is a sweet handling, sweet revving comfortable little thing though, even limited to running in revs & being new tight. I'm wondering how I missed VStroms all these years, especially since I've always been Suzuki-centric. It was the crazy, end of line super-deal that led to me buying it, but I'm glad it did.

Anyway, hello again. Stand by for bombardment with newbie VStrom owner questions.

This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can. Nothing travels faster than the speed of time.
