I have a DJI mini 2 4K  and have just bought the mini 4Pro fly combo with RC2 (just getting used to the RC2 controller )
I have used the same memory card I use in the mini 2, in the mini 4 Pro but It does not Recognise the card any suggestions please ?

Maybe format the card using a PC first?

MisterDavey I will try that 👍

I bought the mini 4 pro from Amazon and saved £300 on a Black Friday deal  :thumb:

It did come up as recommended a Sandisk Extreme Pro 256 GB when buying a DJI mini 4 Pro

It's possible that the card you have is of a lower speed and can't handle the newer drones files.
Confused as hell, but at least I know which end of a spanner to hit a nut with!

Here is info regarding SD Card:
"For the DJI Mini 4 Pro, get a UHS-I Speed Grade 3 (U3) or V30 microSD card with A2 app performance rating for smooth 4K recording, with popular reliable choices being SanDisk Extreme PRO and Samsung EVO Plus/PRO, in capacities like 128GB or 256GB to balance space and cost, as recommended by DJI for high-quality aerial footage"
I hope it would help you. :)

Snakebite I think that is the case thank you for commenting  :thumb:

And Igor thank you also for your info. I will order 2 scandisk extreme pro 256 gb as there is also a SD card slot in the RC2 controller. Or is there no need for a card in the controller Igor  ??

You can add a memory card in a RC controller, I think it had some internal memory, adding more its no harm.

Windows doesn't install with a native HEVC codec to support High Efficiency video from modern cameras and drones.
There used to be a free codec pack available from the Microsoft store but I have a nasty feeling that isn't available any more and it costs £0.79.
If you open Microsoft Store from your start menu and search for HEVC then you should see the official codec available from there. There may be other free ones available on the internet but I've not used any I could recommend as trustworthy.

* Just looked at your second image more closely (Doh), yes you can follow that link to get the codec and it should just take you to the same place as the link above. I don't know another way around it though, sorry.
