Hi Martin,
 Welcome to the forum,
I would bite the bullet and get the Suzuki one. Pricey but just "works " , also comes with a longer hero blob for left peg , important , if you want some warning before the stand digs in levering the wheel off the ground...... , after market ones don't seem to come with the blob
If buying used make sure they come with the brackets / blob/bolts/springs , seems some breakers think they are part of the frame ( they are not , they come in the kit ) and leave them out...

Martin,  :welcome2:  :thumb:

Why don't you introduce yourself, get to know us and tell us who you are in the "Introduction" thread on this site. Good luck with your stand but as said already by a very knowable man. Suzuki's OEM stand is what I had on mine and OEM fitted to my 1000 too.

I wouldn't want to take the chance just to save a few quid that may cost you lots.  :thumb:

OEM side and centre here.
With this set up you will struggle to get a sidestand pad to fit. I made my own.

Cosmo might do one. They've had good reviews from folks on here.
