I see it has interest from a buyer in North East Essex, as soon as I saw the grandeur, I thought of Brocket.

Each to their own and all that. :)
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

The time taken to mange it look so bad, could have been spent restoring it to glory (ish).
