I have a tom tom rider which is not giving me turn by turn instructions through the headset, I have paired it with two different headsets and it pairs OK ,it will also say "you will arrive at your destination at 11.00 " and dings for speed cameras as it should  so its obviously connected just doesn't do voice prompts for some reason.Anyone ever experienced the same or know of some fix ? thanks

I know it’s stating the obvious, but is your software up to date? This can cause it to have issues of varying types.

Only other thing I can think of is are your volume settings correct?

its fully up to date and the volume is fine as what it does say is loud and clear, thanks anyway
