I purchased an Airoh helmet from them last year. No added VAT or import charges. That may be because its safety equipment which incurs no VAT. Not sure.
However if the total cost including shipping does not exceed £135 you should not incur any additional charges on anything, safety related or not when buying from abroad. That's UK rules.
The helmet was more than that (£200ish) but still no add ons.

If you can find the exact same item that you wish to purchase on the 'Sportsbikeshop' , they will price match to the site you have found. I don't think that anybody would dispute the quality of service from the 'Sportsbikeshop' site.

Just another option.  :thumb:

Hi Doctor, I've bought many things from Sportsbikeshop but I believe they won't price match XLMOTO as they are not based in the uk, and they only show SW Motech £188 as far as I can see.
The bars were £114 which makes my evotech rad guard pretty much free, they should be here next week.
I've repainted my engine guard from the SV, it was peppered so works well, will sit behind the plastic belly pan.

I have purchased a lot from Sportsbike Shop as well. However, they won’t match prices from the company in the link below as they’re based in Spain.

Contrary to what people say (including Sports Bike Shop) there is no extra VAT, import duty or any other charges other than reasonable postage costs. The prices on the website are the prices you pay. I purchased my MIVV exhaust, skid plate, Alpinestars gloves, Oxford summer jacket and other things from them. Delivery takes a little longer, but the money I’ve saved more than covers postage.🤷‍♂️
