Took a while but now I love my V-Strom
« on: April 26, 2025, 08:24:45 »
Hi, Sarah from Somerset.  I became a V-Strom DL1000 A owner in September 2023, and its taken me about 18 months to love her.  I've been riding since 1982 when I passed my test as a callow 17 year old.  She's only my second Suzuki, I don't know why, generally been a Honda girl, but had Kawas, Yamahas as well.  Never ventured into the products of other nations, but ridden a few with permission.  Least favourite - a couple of Harleys with tiny petrol tanks and a big opinion of themselves.  Most loved bike, Honda CB500T.  Longest serving bike, 600 Honda Hornet, now being ridden by my fella, who started riding on my encouragement.  :lala:  Glad to be here, hoping for helpful tips and recommendations.

This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can. Nothing travels faster than the speed of time.
