Just wondered how easy it is to change a you tube name ? While off with my leg my wife set me up with a you tube account, but I am not happy with the name she chose.

At first glance it appears very easy, I've opened the app on my phone, tapped on my avatar at the bottom right to get into the 'you' area, then tapped on the large avatar at top left and there's an edit crayon on the right. This allows you to edit any personal profile details including name and handle.

I actually don’t have a you tube Channel and I don’t want a you tube channel.

I only watch you tube and comment that’s all, only want to change my user name if that’s possible ??
