Best bit for me is knowing I will be home about 15mins quicker tonight

Lovely looking bike 👍🏻. Similar set up myself over my 33 ish mile commute I find by the time I'm geared up ready to  go it takes away the 10mins travelling time I  save on the bike. But I get there with a grin on my face  :lala:
Yamaha FS1E >Yamaha DT125> Yamaha DT175 > CB400N > Yamaha XJ650 > SV650s > Aprilia SL1000R >> DL 650XT L6 >> DL650 AM3.

Me too, normally a 32 mile round trip every weekday, but an additional 80 miles today to visit a different office.
Quiet applause will do.

When I commuted on the bike it was not only quicker but also 3 miles less to get to work!, I worked on a large site and my closest access gate had restricted height barriers my car wouldn't fit under so if I used the car I had to use another entrance on the far side of the site.

Googlemaps screen shot showing barriers with cut out for bikes/cycles.
