which tyres
« on: December 24, 2018, 21:01:04 »
Can anybody recommend a touring tyre for my DL650. 2016?  I never go off road, unless the Tom Tom takes me down a bridle path. It  needs to be a dual compound to avoid squaring off too much. I've put 10.605 miles on the original Bridgestone's, and the rear is looking almost illegal.

(Some will say the Bridgestones should be illegal from new!) I've had Michelin Pilots  fitted twice, and like them a lot.  The front end feels much more planted, the rear might wear quicker than the Bridgestones but that's the price of grip.
