Screen for a shorter rider
« on: August 15, 2015, 20:45:15 »
My 2013 came with a Puig tinted touring screen, which I've had to put on the lowest setting because it was interfering with my forward vision. At this setting I can ride visor up till about 55mph then there's some buffeting and wind noise, cured with earplugs.
I've just picked up a Givi Airflow on eBay, are there any opinions on either the airflow or any other screen, for a short arse!

I have the Airflow on my Glee , I get no buffeting at all and just very light wind noise at the temples - not enough for earplugs . I am quite tall but the screen is fully adjustable , and I have it so I can see over it easily , and don't see why this would not work for someone vertically challenged . Personally , I think this screen is the best thing since sliced bread - although I never tried a slice of bread as a screen.

Just as well, I'd have bother seeing over a sliced bread screen!

Fitted an Airflow today, £35 off eBay in perfect condition!  Brilliant job and definitely worth the retail cost.  Visor up at 90, next to none buffeting and vastly reduced wind noise.  Fantastic!
