Screens
« on: June 22, 2015, 10:00:16 »
Hi , yet another newbie saying hello , got a million questions of course , just bought a 2014 DL650 ( Glee? Why? ) seems from what I have read on here that the Givi Airflow screen is the way to go , so have ordered one. Point is , when it arrives , which mounting holes is it best to use , has this been decided ( I am 6'1'' ) Also , is there any benefit regarding buffeting in the Tuono mirrors? Thanks.

I have moved this from the Introductions section as it is not an Intro, but a question on screens.

Please go back to Introductions and say hello there, with some info about you.

Just put a Givi Airflow on my Glee (Gladius tweaked engine for the new 'Wee') and now ride at 130 kph with visor up! I'm average height and have the lower screen on the middle mounting points. The higher screen is adjustable to suit your height. Plenty of scope to suit up to 6'6" man (or woman). I have no problem with standard mirrors as the Givi screen is wider at handlebar level.
So how's it going so far then?
