Hello from Durham
« on: July 13, 2008, 16:21:38 »
First of all, thanks Andy for starting up the new site.
I'm from Stanley, County Durham. At 56yrs old I've been biking since 1969 when I started with a Lambretta LI150 but soon progressed to 'real' bikes.

Hi Stobie - welcome. Rather ashamed to say I had a few Lambrettas myself - always a rocker at heart though.

I'm not ashamed to say that I owned a few Lambrettas and a couple of the old Vespas and they still turn my head now (the older ones)

Welcome
I've only just joined myself
It could be an interesting survey of members to find the average age - I suspect over 50,  hair colour - I suspect grey.
Its one of those facts of life
Those who dream by day are cognisant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.
