Hi everyone, have just joined the site as I will probably be picking lots of your brains over the coming months and years. Mines a 2019 vstrom 1000 with 21000 miles on the clock (all by me) and  a knackered rear shock. Off to Fowlers of Bristol tomorrow to see if they'll cover it under warranty. I cannot see why they won't but fingers crossed. Looking forward to chatting to you all...... Albert

:welcani: Good luck with your claim. I can't see there being a problem as I think Fowlers have a good reputation. Why not let us know more about how it happened and how it all works out. Have a look around the site and you'll find the correct section where more of us will see it. Again.  :welcome2:

Good luck with the claim.
The dealer being any good only says that they generally will put the claim to Suzuki, some just don't bother and say it was refused as they don't want the hassle of warranty claims. (there is hassle but also money to be made from Suzuki??? )
The claim being upheld is up to Suzuki - who do tend to find a way to wriggle out.
