Moaning old git post ...
« on: July 30, 2020, 19:03:13 »
in April 2018 I bought handle bar risers from M&P £11.90  looking for the same for my SV but now they go for just over £25 inc postage.
I tried to buy them but M&P wanted my name and adress phone etc and then repeat if for delivery address and again for billing address and all that after they said I don't have the log in that I have used before a few times.
I am still looking for mirror bar extenders in black .....does anyone have a link to a supplier and no I'm not paying £120 for something with a fancy German name on it. ###

To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

I'm puzzled .... the bar risers are £9.99 and postage £1.99, I think.

( I assume these will fit the SV.... I've a pair on the Glee, and they were previously on the Transalp).

Sorry TLP I need the the bar extension with a male thread one end an a female thread on the other.
Hotbulb:- I searched for Bar risers and they didn't come up. They only appear when I write Universal bar riser and then they don't show rise height. But thanks for looking  :thumb:

R&G do straight mirror extenders. A few types, 12 and a half quid.

Assuming the spec hasn't changed, they're 30mm rise. (Mine are black, but I imagine the silver will be the same) :)

@brockett, I have some black risers I bought to help a friend on a cb500 (not needed in the end). A few light marks (they weren't the dearest out there).

As it's you, if wanted, then you are welcome to them for the price of postage. :thumb:
