Bikehps, brilliant after sales service!
« on: May 15, 2020, 18:23:29 »
I bought a Madstad bracket and MRA screen from Bikehps a few years ago. Not long ago a couple of small screws vanished out of the screen adjusters. I emailed Bikehps about buying spares (odd size and type) and they sent me a handful in the post, F. O. C. Just this week I decided to help the Madstad in its mission to unpaint itself, and thought it was also time to replace the missing track nut that was replaced last year with a wingnut when it went awol in a contraflow. I contacted Madstad and got silly postage rates from the USA, so emailed Bikehps. They asked for a photo of the missing item's twin for identification, and duly popped a freebie in the post. Fantastic! It would be impossible to find that part anywhere else, and making one would be a bodge.

I dealt with BikeHPS a few times before working in a dealers.
Then quite a bit in the dealers as they were uk imported for quite a few European and American bits.
Always good service, but did have a couple of supply issues (into them) and they kept us informed of what was going on and updated eta's

I have the Bigfoot version, also by Projection Racing. They are another incredibly helpful company.

Absolutely, but generally speaking each thread within this section is about a specific experience with a particular dealer. That way, people browsing the board can see each individual review and a relevant one wouldn't get lost.
