BikeHPS - good customer service
« on: January 03, 2020, 18:10:22 »
Bought a replacement screen (along with an MRA screen) for my 2014 DL1000 a while ago and didn't tighten one of the mounting screens enough, such that it disappeared. Emailed HPS asking if they could send me a couple of replacement screws and I'd paypal them to cover costs and they very kindly stuck 2 in the post, FOC.

A small gesture, but a great example of excellent customer service in a sea of mediocrity.

They did the same to me when some of my little black screen screws went awol. I emailed with a price enquiry, they just sent them.  :thumb:

Northern.

Typical. :thumb:
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

My pathetic attempt at smugness backfired, BikeHPS are a Northern based company in Alfreton.

We are all kind and giving up here. :)

Yeah! but, No! but, yeah, everywhere is North of the South pole and South of the North pole. So the terms north and south have no meaning without a defined relative position. As far as relative positions go my auntie does not live in Alfreton ( wherever that is)
