Shoutout for excellent aftersales service from #gerbing

I`m an all year round commuter on my 1000xta, so have to have my heated gear! Brought it out of storage now it's proper cold and found that the connectors to the xr-12 gloves had perished exposing the wire at the connector point, so contacted garbing to ask about repair. They were just outside the 3 year warranty period, so that's fair enough, they've served me very well but didn't really want to spaff another £130+ on a new pair of gloves when it was only the connector wire exposed.
Sent them over for a quote.
4 days later had a brand new pair of gloves o.O …!!!!!
Now that is customer service! Couldn't believe it.
It may not be cheap kit, but that is quality aftercare--sticking with #Gerbing now and back to being toasty :)

Just purchased a pair of Gerbing XRL Heated Gloves with MicrowirePRO I shall let you know how I get on with them. I suffer from very cold fingers this time of year hopefully those will do the trick.
