Salutations from Far Side USofA (SoCal)
« on: July 06, 2019, 01:57:31 »
First of all: your shared experience and knowledge are invaluable and greatly appreciated by noobs such as I.
Happy to be riding a new-to-me '07 DL650 as of 3 weeks ago. She's seen 30K+ miles including a run from San Diego up to the northern reaches of Alaska and back, then SoCal to the Rockies in Colorado. At this point she looks as though she could've play a starring vehicle role in the original Mad Max. Not pretty at all, but feels rough and ready as though she'll never die. Time to get to all the maintenance, I.e. chain, brakes, forks, oil, etc.
Wish me luck!

Hello and :welcome2:
Look at the clock and the calendar.
It'll never be now again.
So just get out and do it.
As fast as you possibly can.
Because .........
Nothing travels faster than the speed of time.

Greetings from Lincolnshire.
Unless it's got two wheels and an engine slung in the middle, I'm not interested.
