Two "V's"
« on: January 19, 2019, 12:54:17 »
Blew the cobwebs off Last Sunday as I've never had a chance all winter due to work constraints, and what a blast, the roads were nice and dry, 10 degrees and had had to reign myself back in a bit as the speeds got silly  and took the opertunity for a little photo shoot at Carlisle airport for my V Strom next to a bigger "V" and one compliments the other!  :sunny:

If anyone is touring up this way this year it's worth seeing, and there's a cafe at the airport round the corner.

Beautiful aircraft I used to work on them in the 80's as a young lad in the RAF at RAF Scampton Lincs before they were sadly scrapped
