Post disapeared after submitting...

I have just tried to post in the what have you done thread, text typed, YouTube video embedded, pictures  (size reduced ) added. After pressing the post button I got the contacting v-strom.co.uk then the screen went blank and I got a start new post window and my post was gone. Any ideas what went wrong ?
