I've got an ender 3 and I've made a few parts for my electric trials bike project.

I've designed a pcb that's getting made at the moment with 4 outputs that's going to live in a custom printed enclosure.

I'm running out of things to print that are useful.

Nice enough bit of kit: I've got a Tronxy X3A for larger things (same basic Prusa design) & a little Malyan M200 that covers most of what I need.
I'm trying not to get myself an SLA one, but I do like the level of detail they produce and also just the novelty of watching something solid emerge out of a little pool of resin...

I go through phases of finding a rake of printing jobs to do, then they can fall silent for weeks.

Are you thinking PETG or ABS for the enclosures?

I've yet to play with ABS, sounds like an enclosure is needed to keep the temperature stable. I'm just using PLA for the moment but I think ABS has the properties I'd be wanting for this project.

I would give PETG a try: I've used it quite a bit on items I need to be more durable and/or flexible than PLA gives. It's easier than ABS to work with as well - just needs a higher temp & a slight nozzle height increase.

Once you have a design, I'd happily rattle off one in PETG for you to try to save you buying a whole reel & not like it.

I'll give PETG a go, it looks a pretty good material. Some of my prints have been a little too brittle. I'll send you the STL when I've got it finalised. Where do you get your PETG? My PLA has been hit and miss from eBay, diameter is all over the place.

I just get the PETG from ebay - I go more for the Real brand than a particular seller as I've found it works fine for me. PETG is less susceptible to the dry-out brittleness that I've found with some PLAs - it is basically just plastic bottles.

For PLA I tend to go to a seller by the name of sum2saday as he's reasonably priced and does click & collect from Argos which I can pick up from during lunch at work - saves having to go to the sorting office.
