I tried a Stop & Go on a puncture today, it didn't work, but this is more to do with the type of puncture I got. A 2" (50mm) screw had gone in at an angle to the centre of the tread, and I'm guessing it had left an elongated hole on the inner surface of the tyre which the mushroom head couldn't seal, so I may need a new back tyre, shame as it's only half worn.

I had the Rep & Air kit and tried it on a puncture on my R1100RT, it was useless and a pain in the arse.............

The trick with these kits I've found is to ensure the hole is made big enough with the reaming tool (ooh err). The tool needs to easily go in and out, if not you can't get the plug into the tyre and you may waste one. I think the max speed you are supposed to do is 40mph or something similar but I had no issues riding at normal speed after the initial checking every mile or so with a bit of spit  :)
