small but has seen a lot of action
recycled volvo penta engine boxes as shelving ,alarm to stop thieving bastards, painfully loud
Old filing cabinet for tools note bolt bowl
more tools red thing in middle is sag tool that allows you to use it alone
record no1 vice on corner bench,if I need more space I take it to work, power tools under
spare part worn tyres lots of old oil from changes trip to recycling in my future
my get to work bike 30 years old and still going strong, hand built on reynolds frame, top bar is 331/2 inches from ground! and yes that is an old tank bag on the back

More
bulkhead light mounted to board to put  under bike when needed
My away bag from work, note folding chisels fantastic things to just throw it in a bag and go,not used it much on bike though
also carpet on floor, top one is sacrificial and will be replaced next time we refurb  a boat ,note quick pressure and torque setting guide scrawled on wall, gets added to every time I have to look one up saves faff.
I don't buy tool kits anymore ,when I get a new bike if I need something new I'll buy individual tools like when I had to get torxs keys for the KTM,otherwise you end up duplicating so much

I've finally got around to installing a Yale alarm system to the garage. It's been on the to-do list for sometime but with yet another holiday coming up (Alsace, wine week) I thought 'get Your finger oot lad'. Sorted and working perfectly, at least it's a bit of a deterrent and my neighbours garages look much more of an attractive proposition now compared to mine...

Front & rear pic's.

It's pronounced 'twenty-one-twelve'

Emptied mine today in readiness for it being demolished tomorrow for a rebuild. It went from not being able to move and having to squeeze past the Strom to looking like there's loads of space. Sadly the garage is constantly damp and the base has a crack the runs diagonally from the front to back.
Will post some pictures of the build as it happens.

I’m a self-confessed klepto.. I never throw ‘potentially useful’ stuff away, such that when R-Kid was studying engineering and they were building stuff in the workshop, he’d often call by if they needed a ‘bit of something’ to fix/finish a project.
Invariably, with a bit of MacGyvering, I’d be able to find, make or modify something to suit their needs. My garage slowly became a mythical place for the others on his course, they knew, should all else fail, there would almost certainly be a solution hidden somewhere in the depths of the various tool cabinets/drawers/boxes of tat I’d kept, ‘Justin’..
With that mentality and the N+1 formula for both motorcycles and pushbikes, it can get a bit chocka, but that’s just an excuse to wander in and spend a few hours ‘rearranging the furniture’ in there.
It is a ‘garage of many things’, and my happy place for sure.

KingOrry,
A man after my own heart, I am always picking bits up from work and here , there and everywhere . Unused stainless brackets and fiddles , odd flanges and shouldered washers , rubber grommets ,  I look at it and go hmmmm. It would have just gone in the recycle bin to be melted down so....
Might be years ..decades even , I still have bits of my first bikes , so 45 years ago , floating around in the " Bolt Bowl " , but you need that "bit" to fit the other "bit" , see Nigel... might take me a while to find it mind...

My old boss was called Justin..nicknamed Just ( to his face all friendly, even his Dad called him Just ) ......as in " can you Just ? " ( do that incredibly hard thing for me ).....
