Found that a MotionPro aftermarket replacement throttle tube for a 2003-2004 model SV1000. The parts fiche shows that the K3-5 SV1000 models use the same throttle tube as the K4-6 DL650. Have to order it from the US though, but want some MotionPro cables anyway so might score on the postage.
