What part of Wales is that? Some of the road surfaces seem a bit rough. Plenty of bikers out that day too!

Looks to be the run over the Ponderosa horse shoe pass down into Llangollen.

Nice! Last time I rode the Horsehoe Pass I arrived at the Ponderosa just as it closed for the day and then the heavens opened and soaked me for the remainder of the ride.

Must revisit this year and hopefully enjoy it in all its glory.

I got through the pass in brilliant weather last October, but just a couple of hours later it banged down so hard I was glad I wasn't still there. The weather changes up in the hills can be so quick and so dangerous.
