Well had my first off in 23 years on Saturday morning, slow speed affair due to cold tyres and an enthusiastic right hand :shy:.
Bike OK apart from needing a new rear peg hanger, rear brake pedal (although I may be able to straighten it) and scratched engine bars.
I am fine but acheing like mad, must have tensed up something rotten when going over.
Moral of this story is, apart from keeping your right hand under control... get fooking engine bars, they do exactly what they say on the tin

glad to hear that you're OK.
you may find that when straightening your lever, it snaps - just bear it in mind before you do it, ie don't do it just before a planned ride
-
Bummer but glad to hear the bars did their job :bawl:
-
Bugger  glad you're OK
-
Bugger, I'm pleased you're OK, engine bars rock :thumb:
-
I'll second the engine bars comments :lala:
-
Glad you're OK and not much damage to the bike.
Givi engine bars are the first thing I'm putting on my next wee!

Bad luck buddy. It's a fact, at some point we will put the bike on the floor somehow. That's why engine bars were first thing on my shopping list.
Glad you're OK.
