I emailed Mark (I was a bit long winded) reference a foot peg lowering kit for my bike, I explained that I would like them as quick as possible because I wanted them fitted before I have an operation.

Well, Mark didn't disappoint as they arrived today, faster than expected. I couldn't be more happy with Cymarc and would recommend to anybody. Thank you Mark if you see this.  :bow-blue: :thumb:

Although I was in no hurry, it was very quick, as are replies to emails.

I agree with Mister Davey's comment above. Mark communicates very quickly in a logical, understandable way. He is the best and I would trust him with my bank account (all £2.50 of it  :). If only all companys were the equal  :bow-blue:
