I wonder if it is done by the same bloke as the ones in a Cromer layby?
He sells from there all year, and you can pull in and watch him wield his chainsaw with amazing delicacy :thumb:
Nice to just watch him at work, his prices are beyond me though :icon_wink:

There cannot be too many with that kind of skill ?   There used to be a bloke in a lay-by between Brandon and Lakenheath maybe the same one ?

I pass another trunk on my way back from seeing my brother in his Dementia home I am going on Sunday so I will take a picture of that 👍

This is the other tree carving I spoke about. This one is in Ingatestone  and is clearly by the same wood carver both are excellent.

That is a nice bit of work, I am thinking it may well be the bloke from the layby, he has a thing about owls :thumb:
