Last year I bought an HJC 10B intercom for my i90 helmet. (It wasn't cheap). Worked great for navigation but in all that time, I had never received a phone call while on the bike (Billy No-Mates) until about 3 weeks ago. Got the incoming sounds but no voice out. After testing at home it was apparent that the mic was not working so I returned it to Infinity (free return) for inspection. Today a nice shiny new one arrived and is now safely installed and working.
Good service from Infinity - glad it's all sorted now and looking forward to not receiving any phone calls while on the bike!
