Wouldn't it be great to have a tyre that truly lasted.
Time will tell.

I would be interested in these, the Anakee 3 is the longest lasting tyre I've tried so far, 7k miles from the rear.

It doesn't matter what it is, I'll get half the mileage of most people and see them off in about 4,000 miles maximum...

6k for the Varadero out of pretty much anything, apart from the K60 which I got 7k once and I wanted rid of the Roadtec 01 after 4k.

The tread pattern looks very similar to Bridgestone A41,and nothing at all like their PR4/5/6s

I'm sure they will be good tyres but I don't know how they could be than the PR4/5/6 they all stick to the road perfectly and can take anything you through at them unless you take your bike to a track maybe, they probably wouldn't last more than a day. I will choose my tyres more on price in future cause there doesn't seem to be a bad tyre from the top brands.  :thumb: :auto-dirtbike:

I agree with the doctor's diagnosis,PR4/5/6 are great and I can't see how the Anakees could better them.
On subject of bad tyres,I've just been glad when a pair of Dunlop GPR300s wore out, whilst they didn't actually slip or give me squeaky bum syndrome, they did had some unusual characteristics that I didn't like at all.
