Santorini black, manual, just over 64,000 miles.
Family owned since 2012, she's now looking for a new home - offering it first to the good folk on this and Freel2 forum before the tender mercies of that 'well-known auction site'.
There's a full wedge of documentation including all handbooks and both keys.
MOT till Aug 2017, (no advisories at last MOT). FSH, first by main dealer, then latterly independently. Just been serviced.
Tyres are all recent, as are brake pads all round. It has a towbar and electrics fitted, (but has only twice towed a weeny trailer).
Good condition- although a couple of the alloys have 'argued' with kerbs/ potholes...
Has been problem-free, apart from the dreaded rear diff which had to be repaired and upgraded last year.
Price is £7,750. For more details, please PM me- the car is in the Bath /Bristol area.

I thought they cured all the drivetrain problems when they launched F2?

Sadly not- seems like the original unit just wasn't tough enough, and the issue arises typically between 50 and 100 thousand miles, although one unfortunate owner reported it at 20k! Rather annoyingly, had we covered more miles in the Freely, the problem would have come to light sooner, and the car then would then have been young enough for LandRover to make a contribution to the cost of a replacement. Still works out £££ though. :bawl:
But happy to report that it's lovely and quiet now, and the new owner will have one less bill to worry about. :thumb:

Come on every one lets keep bumping into freelanders
-
Only fair I suppose. :)

Thanks for the bumps fellas.
Freelander just turned 64k miles now.
Did I mention the 'Think Bike' sticker will stay with the car? :auto-dirtbike:
