Title: sleeping bags
Post by: nightrider on August 17, 2015, 16:36:52
Just got back at the Yorkshire dales and had the time of my life. However on the third night the temperature dropped to 7centigrade, and I got so cold I couldn't sleep. My sleeping bag is a Vango 2_3 seasons.Could you please recommend me a good sleeping bag for cold nights.Obviously it must pack down pretty compact, thanks.

I have one of these, have used it below freezing with clothing on though and it was good. Good specs and low weight and very small pack size for the money, if winter camping would chose something else though.

Thanks for the reply flanners.I don't fancy winter camping, but I am planning a trip to Scotland next year and I can't stand the cold.
