Ordering a Cosmo centre stand

I'm trying to order a centre stand from Cosmo moto accessories. I keep getting error 1064 when hitting the 'confirm purchase' button. Has anyone else had this issue?

The stand is now ordered, simply became a member on the Cosmo site and it went through the checkout OK.
