Sorry to pour cold water on you (no pun intended)  It is not an old Honda.
Don't leave it wet with salt on the roads. Try not to leave it wet in a shed or garage. Use acf50 or similar. Suzuki don't spend much on plating. Check out one/two year old stroms that you see parked up and you'll get an idea of what needs protecting. They are great bikes though.
