Could I please ask if those who have starred in the new calendar could identify themselves, and the location of the pictures, in this thread?
It would save a lazy old git like me from having to trawl back through various posts / threads in order to identify who's who and where.
Thank you.

My other half was just looking at the calendar and asking those very same questions...
-
No point asking me, I just dropped all the suitable images into a folder to be sorted. :smirk:
I particularly liked the front cover.
-
A bit corny, if you ask me.

I've yet to receive my calendar Rusty Nuts so I don't know if I'm in it. It seems to be a closely guarded secret (which I don't mind) until the Postman comes here after the weekend.
There was no requirement to identify the locations if I read all the submission instructions correctly but there could be a spoiler alert any time............
-
I am also still awaiting delivery, it's exciting to find out if my picture has made it, but yes Igree the location of said pictures would be good :thumb:
-
No, there was no stipulation as to location. Just my curiosity, same with identifying the senders. Having said that, would it be desirable/practical to stick the info in a corner of a page if there was to be a 2019 edition?
-
Yes, fair point Rusty. :icon_wink:
-
Agreed, it would be nice to have the location of where the photo was taken on the calendar. Although, I presume it would be more work for Andy?
-
Got mine yesterday, nice job FR.
-
Yes Mick, that's what would put me off if it were my job. Keeping images and details together, working within the constraints of the printers, and the time taken might also push the price too high.
-
Here you go Rusty, I'll start.........................November.
Elan Valley, Wales. Just happened upon the area when returning from the Wales weekend.
Very nice ride through.

Cheers Mick, exactly what I was hoping for. One down, twelve to go. I'm adding the info to the relevant month's page.

This has gone quiet :eusa-doh:

Hmmmm, perhaps they're shy - or the posties have nicked the calendars.
-
I may be wrong ( as usual) but I can't see a Wee. Not a criticism as it is a very nice selection of bikes and views but if there are no Wees then I am as much to blame as I didn't get my bike to stand still against an interesting background and capture it for posterity.
-
I can't see a Tiger and I did manage to put it in front of something interesting,, but I lacked support from the traitors in the corner.. I think my photo stood up there but wrong bike,,, but that's the way the rookie crumbles
-
Good to hear you're not bitter about it Tusker.
-
Don't worry ... Us traitors will have a revolution next year ... :lala:

I sent a couple but my email didn't send them. :old:

Hi
Mine is October, taken in New York state after a nights very strong wind, not mine I might add, brought down a great number of trees and power lines.
Rode over the cables to continue north into Canada, this was in May 2015.
A great trip.
