Pedants corner ( new section required)
« on: December 05, 2018, 10:42:35 »
Regarding the incorrect interpretation of  " 've " which sounds like "of"  but isn't;
I would like an auto correct intervention replacing "of" with "have" whenever it follows "could", "would", "should" and "might", unless those words are followed by a full stop.

This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.

And while you're at it, similarly for "could have", "would have", "should have" and "might have"

But I expect the autocorrect would of course be misinterpreted as usual.  :smirk:

Freddy, as one of the regular moaners of the auto-correct, I'm surprised to see you asking for items to be added to it  :smirk:

Bruv.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.
