The "Cymarc" Africa Twin
« on: March 23, 2018, 18:59:22 »
Hello all

A few weeks ago following a ride out planning error on my part   I got in touch with Mark at Cymarc Bike Parts. I had noticed that his company were not making parts for our glorious bikes!! I was aware of Cymarc from a vStrom forum having bought some of his custom parts for my previous bike and knowing just how good the quality was. After a few quick discussions,  Mark was keen to take on a new project and I was more than willing to loan him my bike to support this project and I'm pleased to share the results with you.

In total Cymarc developed 5 new products for the Africa Twin. These were the headlight guard, The supported screen riser with device mount, the custom rear rack, the rear brake reservoir protector and my personal favourite the utility box that replaces the rear seat. I have attached the pictures to this post to show you these products and and you can see them here

Now as you can imagine I'm exceptionally excited to be collecting my bike tomorrow and hope you all like the products as much as me.

If you are interested in any of these modifications then you can order them direct from http://www.cymarcbikeparts.co.uk/ or if you want to see how things developed why not check out the Cymarc Facebook page. I can honestly say it was been an absolute pleasure to deal with Mark who is a self confessed bike nut and I would have no hesitation in supporting any future projects he wants to become involved in.

Top job, enjoy :thumb:
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

My camera naturally went in search of these goodies though :)

Don't forget the goodies available for your vStroms from Cymarc bike parts

I'm not one for bling and added weight, but did have his oil cooler guard on my Vee. Top replacement for the original chicken wire job.

Love the rear seat box, very impressive  :thumb:
It's pronounced 'twenty-one-twelve'
