Tried a kawasaki versy 1000 today. Nice. A lot different to the Veek. Lower, faster, more stable. Rolls into the corners with a more planted feel, the bigger tyres I guess.
Suspension firmer and brakes much better but then again there was only 2k miles on it, 25k on mine( think my pads are glazed).
I thought it would be more comfortable but not really,  about the same leg room, same crap screen and more of a lean forward to the bars. Seat better though.
Would I buy, not sure,  the four cylinder engine goats you into going faster,  the reason I sold my fz1 yam.  The kawasaki felt similar to the fazer but just bigger all round.
I did feel the vibration folk talk about in the handlebars,  that could be a problem,  wasn't on it long enough.
