@JR, I do indeed have my brother's vee at my disposal (and a Yamaha XV125 on the ramp) so not strictly saddleless, but I will become a traitor in the New Year.

The S10 is on the list. We went to the bike show on Tuesday and had a sit on a few bikes (like you do!) and the GF really liked the comfort of the Triumph Explorer 1200, so the new year will be test ride time. The Honda crosstourer is also a strong contender too.
