I prefer to use Hydrobloc to treat my boots , it seems to soak into the leather more than Nikwax

I bought the TCX boots, but couldn't get along with them. I now have Alpinestars Scout boots and I'm very happy with them so far. They're not yet fully worn in, but they are very comfortable and feel very protective. The price is decent too and you know you get quality with Alpinestars. I prefer Renapur for taking care of leather (even makes textiles waterproof again.)

+1 for Renapur, brilliant stuff and a tub lasts for ever and a day.

I hate boots with zips. My Daytona boots are now on their 3rd winter and still perfectly waterproof and hardly look worn at all!
