Bought a reasonably priced one piece waterproof a couple of month's ago. This weekend they split round the arse as I was cocking my leg over due to A manufacturing fault. Sent them back yesterday and they called me today to say no more in stock so imediate refund. It was in my paypal before I could scratch my still damp nethers.
OK nothing I'm not entitled to for a faulty item, but in this day and age good customer service when something goes wrong is something of a rarity. Fairplay to them, gives me the confidence to go back.
